Igitur Nos

Chamber choir, Canberra, Australia

10th anniversary!

Igitur Nos will celebrate 10 years of presenting beautiful sacred music when it sings for the high mass for Pentecost (Whit Sunday) on Sunday 19 May at 9.30am at All Saints’ Anglican Church, Ainslie. All welcome, free (collection taken for the work of the parish).

The music to be presented in liturgical context will include Tomas Luis de Victoria Missa Simile est Regnum Caelorum (which we sang at our very first public performance in 2003) and one of our favourite works, Thomas Tallis Loquebantur variis linguis.

Former members of Igitur Nos are warmly invited to sing with the choir for this occasion – please contact Matthew for details.
